Job Responsibilities:
Stores
• Maintain stock of:
o Paper
o Ink
o Lamination films
o Glue
o Chemicals
o Packing material
o Consumables
o Printing plates
Tag all raw materials with size and description.
Ensure incoming raw materials are placed properly in the godown as per the job planning.

Purchase Follow-up
• Follow up with suppliers.
• Track pending deliveries.
• Inform about shortages.
• Maintain minimum stock levels.

Dispatch
• Prepare dispatch schedule.
• Arrange tempo/courier.
• Coordinate with customers.
• Ensure correct quantity is dispatched.
• Prepare dispatch documents.
• Ensure material is properly loaded in the tempo.

Documentation
• Maintain stock registers.
• Update job status.
• Maintain inward/outward records.
• Coordinate with accounts for GRNs and invoices.
