ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Technical background preferred)
• Operate solvent based lamination machines as per production requirements.
• Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, tension, and speed according to job specifications.
• Prepare adhesives, monitor viscosity, and ensure proper application during lamination.
• Inspect raw materials (films, substrates, adhesives) before and during operation.
• Conduct quality checks on laminated rolls, ensuring correct bonding, clarity, and surface finish.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth workflow.
• Maintain production logs, material usage reports, and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including handling and storage of solvent based chemicals.
• Coordinate with supervisors and helpers to meet daily production targets
• Strong understanding of adhesive mixing, machine setup, and lamination quality parameters.
• Ability to identify defects such as bubbling, tunneling, silvering, wrinkles, and uneven bonding.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work on shift based schedules
