Production Supervision

Oversee daily Postpress operations such as die-cutting, foil stamping, lamination, window patching, pasting, folding, and binding.
Allocate work and monitor machine-wise production targets for each shift.
Ensure smooth coordination between operators, helpers, and maintenance teams.

Quality Control

Ensure that all finished jobs meet customer and internal quality standards.
Conduct random checks on registration, cutting accuracy, foil alignment, folding quality, and pasting strength.
Maintain quality records and coordinate with the QA department for approvals and corrective actions.

Machine & Process Knowledge

Sound knowledge of Postpress machines (Bobst, Heidelberg, Wenhong, Jagenberg, Lamination, Folder–Gluers, etc.).
Capable of understanding machine settings, job changeovers, and production parameters.
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily production reports, manpower utilization, material consumption, and downtime logs.
Report shift performance, issues, and output to Production Manager or HOD.
Ensure proper handover between incoming and outgoing shifts.
