Shift Supervisor (Postpress)
Technical Skills
Diploma or Degree in Printing Technology
Good knowledge of Postpress operations such as cutting, folding, punching, lamination, foil stamping, die cutting, and pasting.
Ability to supervise machine operators and helpers during the shift.
Knowledge of quality control and production standards.
Ability to plan shift work and meet production targets.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Good communication and team management skills.
Understanding of safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
Ability to maintain production reports and shift records.
Total Experience
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Must have experience in commercial printing or packaging industry.
