About the Role: SAPCO is a printed packaging manufacturer with over five decades of experience in folding cartons, corrugated cartons, and clamshell boxes. We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator who can own the full client development cycle — from first enquiry to confirmed order — and actively grow our client base, with a particular focus on the food packaging segment.
This is a relationship-driven, output-oriented role suited to someone who is organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working with both clients and internal production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound sales enquiries end-to-end: qualification, briefing, coordination with estimation and prepress, follow-up, and closure
Develop and manage client relationships independently, with a focus on the food and FMCG packaging segment
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, industry networking, and outreach
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the sales tracking system
Coordinate with planning and production to ensure feasibility and timely delivery commitments
Prepare and present quotations, handle commercial negotiations within defined parameters
Track outstanding orders and manage client communication on status updates
Support debtor follow-ups in coordination with accounts

What We're Looking For
4–7 years of experience in sales coordination or business development, preferably in packaging, printing, or an allied manufacturing industry
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi — essential for client and vendor communication across Mumbai and Maharashtra
Commercially aware: able to read a spec sheet, understand cost drivers, and hold a meaningful conversation with a purchase manager
Organised and self-driven — able to manage a pipeline without being supervised on every step
Familiarity with food packaging requirements (food-safe substrates, compliance basics) is a strong advantage

What This Role Is Not
This is not a back-office coordination role. You will be expected to develop and own client relationships, and to bring in new business — not just process it
