Job Summary: Quality Executive will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in process quality
inspection, and conducting thorough quality checks on finished products to maintain the highest standards
of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on incoming raw material - paperboard.
• Maintain the inspection report and inform to store department if any non-conforming materials found.
• Conduct periodic checks on each process (cutting, printing, coating, punching, sorting, pasting) to maintain optimal performance and product quality.
• Maintain up-to-date records of In Process Quality Inspection.
• Perform comprehensive inspections on finished mono carton products.
• Utilize measuring instruments and visual inspection techniques to detect defects or imperfections in the packaging.
• Record inspection results in Finished Product Analysis Report.
• Maintain up-to-date records of quality inspection reports, test results (COA), and quality assurance documentation.
• Generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) for any quality issues identified during inspections and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Printing Diploma/Graduation in any discipline/12th or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Year Experience as a quality executive/inspector in the same industry.
• Basic knowledge of English & computer.
• Ability to perform both visual and physical checks on cartons for size, colour, print clarity, and structural integrity.
• Proficient in using various quality testing tools, such as micro meter, GSM Tester, Scuff ResistanceTester.
• Ability to collect and maintain records of quality inspections, including test results and defect reports.
• Ability to work closely with the production team to ensure that all quality standards are being met.
