Technical Skills
Graduate/Diploma in Printing Technology preferred
1.Lead and manage the department for accurate and timely delivery, stock management, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
2. Check production schedules, confirm product specifications, coordinate necessary adjustments, and supervise the shop floor team.
3. Ensure the quality of the product is maintained throughout the process and that deadlines are consistently achieved.
4. Handle manpower planning, allocation, adjustment, and supervision across different machines like Printing, UV (Drip-off, Spot), Binding, Pasting, Cutter, and related equipment.
5. Maintain order and discipline on the shop floor.
6. Collaborate closely with the Pre-press and client relations team to ensure timelines.
7. Update and maintain all production and packaging records properly.
