Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or post-graduate specialization in operations or supply chain is a distinct advantage
• Technical Expertise: Deep working knowledge of printing processes (Sheetfed Offset, Web Offset, Digital, and/or Gravure) alongside post-press finishing operations (perfect binding, saddle stitching, die-cutting, lamination). Familiarity with MIS (Management Information Systems) and ERP software tailored to the printing industry.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen (P&L management), exceptional problem-solving abilities, lean manufacturing certification, and robust leadership communication skills.
Total Experience
10 to 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience within the high-volume printing, publishing, packaging, or converting industry, with at least 5 years serving in a plant manager or head of operations capacity.
