Technical Skills
Diploma/B.E. in Printing Technology or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Strong knowledge of web offset printing processes and machine operations.
Understanding of print quality parameters, colour control, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of paper, inks, plates, fountain solution, and printing consumables.
Total Experience
5–10 years of experience in web offset printing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
