Knowledge of label printing processes (Flexo, Offset, Digital Printing).
Understanding of label materials, adhesives, laminations, and substrates.
Ability to read job cards, artwork, and production specifications.
Knowledge of color matching and print quality standards.
Familiarity with die-cutting, slitting, inspection, and finishing operations.
Understanding of GMP, ISO, 5S, and safety requirements.
Basic troubleshooting of printing and finishing machines.Production planning and shift management.
Team handling and manpower allocation.
Monitoring production targets and machine utilization.
Ensuring quality compliance and minimizing rejections.
Coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
Training operators and helpers on SOPs.
Maintaining production reports and documentation.
