🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising daily production operations for box, bowl, and cup manufacturing
• Ensure smooth functioning of machines and manpower utilization
• Monitor production output and ensure targets are met as per plan
• Maintain product quality as per defined standards and GMP guidelines
• Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure proper line setup, changeovers, and minimum downtime
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation
• Follow safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in food packaging environment
• Support senior supervisor in process improvements and efficiency enhancement
• Ensure discipline and proper work practices on the shop floor

🎓 Required Qualifications:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing (packaging industry preferred)
