Job Overview: Coact Imprints Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and fluent French-speaking female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be based in Mumbai and will be responsible for handling international client interactions, primarily in French, and ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
 Communicate with French-speaking clients via email, phone, and other platforms.
 Understand customer requirements and respond to queries effectively and professionally.
 Coordinate internally with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
 Maintain client records and provide regular updates on orders and deliveries.
 Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolutions with high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
 Fluent in French (spoken and written).
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 Must be female and currently residing in Mumbai.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
