Knowledge of folding machine setup and adjustments, Ability to read job cards and production specifications Basic understanding of paper types, GSM, and carton structures Machine maintenance and troubleshooting basics Attention to quality and finishing details Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets Basic safety awareness
