Diploma / Degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Mechanical, Production or a relevant technical field will be preferred
Strong knowledge of Flexographic Printing
Paperboard / carton-board printing experience
Colour matching and shade management
Print registration and quality control
Printing plate and anilox knowledge
Ink management
Machine troubleshooting
Production planning and manpower management
Wastage and rejection control
Team handling and leadership
Good problem-solving skills
