Knowledge of flexo / offset printing processes Ability to check: Colour matching & shade variation Registration (print alignment) Smudging, pinholes, ink spreading Barcode & text readability Understanding of carton structure & die-cut design Knowledge of: Creasing, folding & gluing quality Leak-proof sealing area Straw hole / fitment position accuracy Paperboard types (FBB, duplex, liquid packaging board) PE coating & barrier layers Food-grade packaging standards GSM & thickness testing Cobb test (water absorption) Bond strength / ply separation Crease cracking inspection Seal integrity check Dimensional accuracy
