Required Educational Qualification
- 1+ year of experience operating digital printing equipment (Xeikon, HP, Konica) - Strong understanding of digital printing processes and technologies - Ability to work independently and as part of a production team - Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in printing preferred.

Required Skills*
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Ensure high-quality output, meeting client specifications and company standards
- Meet production deadlines, working efficiently to maximize output
- Monitor and control print quality, making adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing consumables
- Collaborate with the pre-press and finishing teams to ensure seamless production workflow
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
