🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Track customer orders and provide regular updates regarding production and delivery status.
• Maintain customer records, communication logs, and CRM database accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure with proper follow-up.
• Prepare and share order status reports, customer feedback reports, and MIS reports.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, dispatch schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
• Support management in improving customer retention and relationship management processes.

• Experience in order processing and dispatch coordination
• Knowledge of customer complaint handling and resolution
• Manufacturing or packaging industry experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
