Technical Skills
* Basic understanding of offset printing machine operations.
* Ability to assist the Printer/Machine Operator and Feeder during production.
* Ability to handle printed sheets carefully and maintain proper stacking and handling.
* Good understanding of paper/board handling and basic printing terminology.
* Ability to identify obvious printing defects or abnormalities and immediately inform the Printer or Supervisor.
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn printing processes.
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a printing machine team.
* Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing/printing environment.
* Good discipline, punctuality and ability to follow instructions.
* Basic knowledge of machine safety and housekeeping.
Total Experience
0–3 years of experience in an offset printing press or packaging/printing industry. Candidates with relevant printing-machine experience will be preferred. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

Candidates with prior experience as a Boiler/Helper on offset printing machines will be preferred. Candidates who are new to the role but are physically fit, hardworking, disciplined and willing to learn the printing process are also encouraged to apply.
Experience with Heidelberg, Komori or similar offset printing machines will be an advantage.
