Diploma in Graphic Arts / Packaging Technology will be an advantage. Candidates with relevant Prepress experience and strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Artioscad.
Working knowledge of ArtPro+, Esko, Automation Engine or similar prepress software.
Excellent knowledge of preflight, artwork checking, trapping, imposition and proofing.
Knowledge of colour management, CMYK, Pantone, spot colours and colour separations.
Good understanding of flexo, offset, gravure and digital printing processes.
Ability to check and approve artwork as per customer specifications.
Knowledge of CTP workflow and plate-making requirements.
