Minimum 10th pass
Knowledge of label printing processes (Flexographic, Offset, Digital, or Combination Press).
Ability to read and understand job cards, production orders, and artwork.
Experience in preparing printing cylinders, plates, sleeves, and anilox rollers.
Knowledge of ink preparation and color matching as per job requirements.
Ability to identify and arrange the correct substrates (paper, film, PP, PET, BOPP, etc.).
Understanding of adhesives, liners, varnishes, and laminates used in label production.
Familiarity with die-cutting tools, magnetic cylinders, and flexible dies.
Knowledge of AVT or other inspection systems (preferred).
